Why is my skin breaking out?


Unfortunately, skincare isn't one size fits all. Your skin may not agree with one or more ingredients in a product, is purging, or needs another product to balance itself out. If you're experiencing any allergic reaction or irriation from our products, please stop use immediately.




How long does shipping take?


Packages take 1-2 weeks depending on your location. For more information, please check our Shipping & Returns page! Make sure you're also staying updated through your tracking number.




I put in the wrong address, what do I do?


Please contact us immediately! Send an email within 24-hours of making the order so we may correct the mistake. If you realize the mistake after the 24-hour period and/or your package was processed quickly and has been shipped, you will have to pay an address change fee. Do you do physical drop-offs?


We currently do not do personal deliveries. All orders are shipped via USPS.




I'm allergic to one/more ingredient in a product


If you're allergic to any ingredient in our products, we do not recommend you purchase it. If you still wish to purchase the product with ingredients subsitutded, please send an email so we can accommodate your request.




Do you do wholesale?


Yes, we do! If you wish to purchase a wholesale order, please send an email 2-3 weeks prior to the event. Please allow 1-3 days for proper communication outlining your request and providing an invoice quote. Payment will be made via PayPal with the amount being paid full when order has been shipped.
