SHIPPING POLICY

Processing times for all orders are 3 - 6 business days. These times may be extended due to higher order volume.

Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your tracking number is made, the package is dropped off at USPS within 24 hours. Please note, it may take 1-2 days for USPS to scan your package. Once your item has been scanned, packages take between 1-2 weeks to reach their final destination.

If after 2 weeks your package still has not arrived, please contact me. I will assist you in making a claim on your package and contact USPS on its whereabouts. 

Once items have been dropped off to USPS, they are no longer liable by Eye Wonder Beauty. If your package gets lost by USPS, it is not the fault of Eye Wonder Beauty. In the case your package is lost, please contact us and we will help in any way that we can.

If any packages are returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be liable to pay a fee to reship their order.

If you place an order and put in the wrong address, you have 24 hours to contact us so we may correct it. If you contact us after that period, you will have to pay an address change fee. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If any items are found broken or leaking upon arrival, please contact us. These situations will be handled at the discretion of the owner.

 

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order, please contact us so we can correct it. Due to the nature of the products, we do not allow refunds or exchanges.
